If you would like to submit an event, please email our Advertising Manager Bill Holt at least two weeks prior to the event. You may also leave a follow up message at the chapter email email@example.com. Posting your event flyer link here is also available for a small charge. Please follow the formatting shown here for submitting your material.
Formatting guidelines for events:
1. First line bold - event day of the week, full date, time
2. Second line - in bold italics the title of the event and artists
3. Third line - details of the event including any costs to attend the event.
4. Contact information
5. Attachments in high resolution PDF format or JPG
6. Never use all caps

Mapping Feature: We have added links to a map of the event sites for the convenience of our members and guests. Just click on the address link below and Google Maps will take you there. Once there you can easily get directions by typing in your address.
